I mean, I think we all feel a bit lazy and out of our normal routine after the holidays! It’s Tuesday, and I still couldn’t manage to get my gym grind back to normal hahaha. I’ll start soon (LOL). Even though I’ve been happy to stay home and be with my family I still couldn’t justify NOT work out so I did this routine at home. I must say, the first set takes around 7 min to complete and wow was I DEAD. Just had to repeat 2 more times which wasn’t THAT bad but it was just what I needed to kickstart my metabolism and getting my endurance back up. Try it at home!
