It’s always very hard to come up with the exact measurements of the recipes I make. Since I usually eye-ball everything I tend to have a hard time remembering the exact amounts I used. This time was no exception, but I will do my best.
I am obsessed with cilantro dressing’s lately so I decided to come up with a good recipe that can go with anything from salads to roasted veggies.
I like mine tangy and spicy but feel free to tweak the measurements. You can add more honey if it’s goo tart and avoid the Serrano if you aren’t into the spiciness.
What you need:
- A bunch of cilantro
- The juice of 1 whole lemon
- 2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tbsp of honey (or more of you want it sweeter)
- 1 serrano pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all until smooth!
