Probably the easiest little dessert you can pre-make and have it waiting for your sweet tooth to yell its name. The process is very simple.
You will need:
- 1.5 cups chia seeds
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- Sweetener of choice, the amount desired. I use agave nectar and I try not to use too much, but if you like it sweet by all means use however much you want.
- To top off with your favorite fruit/granola
Mix milk and chia seeds until well incorporated. Refrigerate a few hours until it soaks up and doubles in size. It’ll look gelatine like. Serve and top with your favorite toppings!!!
