Quick booty & abs workout 

I’ve been having trouble with actually getting my ass to the gym. This is pretty much the routine I follow when I am in a rush to get my workout done or if I’m just not in the mood to go to the gym. Repeat each exercise 3 times and I promise you’ll feel it in the morning.

  • 15 donkey kicks each leg
  • 20 squats.
  • 15 standing donkey kicks each leg.
  • Run up and down the stairs 3 times.
  • 20 crunches.
  • 15 leg raises each side.
  • 25 toe taps.
