“Dry Brushing”

What is dry brushing? Well, basically the name speaks for itself. You brush your skin with a natural bristle brush on your dry skin leaving you with amazing results. You know those really rough-looking brushes you keep seeing everywhere online? That’s a bristle brush and you can get one HERE!

WHY YOU SHOULD DRY BRUSH

  • Reduces stress
  • Unclogs pores
  • Stimulates the lymphatic system
  • Reduces cellulite
  • Exfoliates dead skin and prevents aging
  • Improves circulation
  • Increases muscle tone

I have been using this every day, after I shower and before I use lotion, for the past 2-3 weeks. My results are pretty amazing considering I basically just started doing it. I can see the speckles of dead skin flying off. Right after, I use some coconut oil or a very hydrating thick moisturizer. You’ll notice even after the first use, your skin will feel amazing and it will just appear smoother than ever. You won’t want to stop. I try to do it every time I shower, and if for some reason I forget I just start where I left off. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t stick to it. It has so many benefits that are worth the habit changes. Your skin will thank you.

I found this image online of the motion you should be doing with your brush. Screen Shot 2017-09-24 at 7.19.00 PM.png
